Is Your Child Getting 60 Minutes of Physical Activity EVERY DAY?

Canadian children are getting 6-7 HOURS of screen time every day! Children should be getting at least 30 minutes of physical activity at home each day. 

Things you can do at home to get your child more active:

  • Get your children to walk to school 
  • Role model physical activity
  • Encourage your children to play outside 
  • Get involved
  • Cleaning: mowing the lawn, shovel snow etc.
  • Build a snowman
  • and many, many more

Be creative, but keep it simple!
