My name is Erin Wallace and I'm thrilled to be back at the Swamp as the Foods 6, 7, and 8 teacher! I've had the privilege to teach many different courses at Lakie over the years and middle school Foods is one of my absolute favorite courses to teach.
When I am not busy in the kitchen at Lakie or at home, I love biking, swimming, reading, and camping with my husband and our five children. In addition to my love for the outdoors, I really enjoy helping out in the Lethbridge community. I was raised in Lethbridge and I find a lot of fulfillment volunteering at schools, the soup kitchen, and at my church.
Looking forward to cooking many delicious recipes and creating fun memories with the Gators at Lakie!
