I joined the Lakie team in 2013 after teaching 9 years at LCI High School in Lethbridge. I currently teach grade 6 and 7 math and science. I teach 6E, 6F Math and Science, as well as Science 7F. My teaching partner is Darlene Galicia.
I recently completed a Master's Degree program in Neuroscience and Inclusive Education. I enjoy every outdoor pursuit, including mountain biking, road cycling, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, ice climbing, backcountry skiing, and others. I am married with four children. That is not a typo! I am a big proponent of inclusion and brain-based learning. I look forward to working with you and your child this year!
